The protocol of simultaneous determination of concentrations of ATP and glucose, as well as activity of creatine kinase in serum with the help of the developed biosensor system is worked out. The reproducibility of the biosensor system reviews when measuring the concentrations of ATP and glucose was established, the reproducibility of the biosensors preparation was investigated and the content of ATP and glucose in the pharmaceutical preparations was determined. Approbation of the biosensor system at work with real samples was performed and creatine kinase activity and ATP and glucose concentrations were determined in serum samples of patients after myocardial infarction and hypertensive patients.
