Optimal technological conditions fjr obtaining NiOх films with good structural quality were found. The formation of ZnO films by methods of nanostructuring building up of ZnO from water solution was confirmed. Dependence of spectral transmission was found in spectral range 350-420 nm. The influence of implantation dose on possibility of additional phases formation in VOx films was shown. This formation leads to the increasing of TRC.
