A study of changes in the legislation on handling industrial explosives was conducted, an analysis of existing regulations governing the safe handling of industrial explosive materials on their relevance and the need for revision, the need to develop new regulatory acts in this area . Recommendations on updating the regulatory framework for the regulation of safe handling of industrial explosive materials are given. A draft order of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine "On approval of the procedure for the destruction of industrial explosive materials" has been prepared.
