Object of study: varieties and lines of bread winter wheat, artificial and natural backgrounds of pathogens, hybrid populations F2-F3. Purpose: to estimate efficiency of methodical approaches when creating genotypes with complex resistance against diseases. Research methods: field, laboratory, statistical. Results. In breeding for resistance against the main wheat pathogens, sources of resistance to the common pathogens have been isolated and involved into crosses when using artificial infectious pathogen backgrounds. The varieties with complex resistance against the common causative agents of bread winter wheat diseases MIP Dniprianka and MIP Fortuna have been created. The patent for invention (utility model) "Method of selection for complex resistance against the main pathogens of bread winter wheats diseases" has been got. Methodical recommendations "The method of selection of breeding material for complex resistance against the main pathogens of bread winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) have been developed. Field of use: plant protection.
