Analysis of the contribution of Ukrainian scientists to the development of psychological and pedagogical substantiation in the introduction of pedagogical education in the independent Ukraine showed that the theory of rationalistic education of H. The post-non-classical education system is approved on the basis of its informatization and computerization, and the development of the individual is largely based on the capabilities of the information space. On the basis of the analysis of the curricula and programs of Jewish schools, the positive changes in the expansion of the content of education due to the introduction of ethnically oriented subjects are shown, as well as their quantitative growth. Changes in the content of the work of Russian schools are shown (S.M. Shevchenko). It has been substantiated that one of the key directions for the reform of school education was the introduction of differentiation of the content of education in high school in the form of specialized education. Illuminated didactic models for the formation of learning profiles, the pedagogical conditions for their effective implementation based on the substantiation of the didactic requirements for the formation and implementation of the main invariant components of education; forms of organization of specialized training in high school (A.A.Zagorodnia). It is established that the development of the methodological apparatus of Ukrainian school textbooks on social science subjects at the turn of the XX - XXI centuries was associated with the introduction of external and internal differentiation, which, although developed in parallel, was dominated by internal differentiation, focused on the teaching students with different levels of training (N.M. Hupan). The ways of the organization in the studied period of the innovative educational environment of the Ukrainian elementary school are covered; formation of motivation and cognitive interest of students to learn; ways to activate students' learning and educational activities; the use of electronic educational gaming resources to improve the quality of primary education.
