The subject of the study is the integration of the content of the educational branches "Natural science", "Mathematics", "Languages and literature (literary component)" in the profile school and the didactic basis of its implementation in the process of forming the scientific picture of the world in the lyceum students. The purpose of the research is to theoretically substantiate the didactic-methodical conditions of integration of the contents of the educational branches of science, mathematics, language and literature, and to translate them into the process of formation of the scientific picture of the world in the pupils of the lyceum. Achieving the goal involves performing the following tasks: - to analyze the state of development of the problem of forming the scientific picture of the world of pupils in the lyceum in the process of implementing the principle of integration in domestic and foreign pedagogical theory and practice; - to define the goals and to substantiate the theoretical principles of formation of the scientific picture of the world in the lyceum students by means of integration of the content of profile education; - To determine and theoretically substantiate the didactic-methodical conditions of the formation of the scientific picture of the world, the image of the world in the lyceum students, the methodical system of the implementation of conditions in the educational process; - theoretically substantiate and develop: 1) the concept of formation of a scientific picture of the world in lyceum students by means of integration of the content of specialized education; 2) didactic and methodical foundations of the technology of forming the scientific picture of the world in the lyceum students; 3) a system of criteria and indicators for the formation of students' integrity of knowledge, a scientific picture of the world, a life-affirming national image of the world and key competencies, as a result of learning in the subjects of natural, mathematical and philological cycles in the process of implementing the principle of integration; - to experimentally verify the effectiveness of didactic-methodical conditions and the methodical system of forming the scientific picture of the world of pupils of the lyceum; - To translate the results of scientific research in the practical manual "Formation of the scientific picture of the world of pupils of the lyceum in the conditions of integration of the content of educational branches" and the methodical manual "Control of educational results of pupils of the lyceum in the conditions of integrated training". The research will use the following methods: - Theoretical: logical and epistemological and historical and methodological analysis of the concepts "scientific picture of the world", "integrity of knowledge in the educational field", "criteria of integrity of knowledge", "criteria for understanding knowledge"; theoretical analysis of works on methodology of studying natural science, mathematics, language and literature, problems of interdisciplinary connections of the indicated educational branches; analysis of the standard of education, programs, textbooks, methodological manuals on educational fields "Natural Science", "Mathematicians", "Languages and Literature" in the profile school. - empirical methods will include: observation of the educational process from the mentioned educational areas, questioning of students and teachers, statistical processing of the received data; noteworthy, forming experimental types will consist of experimental methods.
