The efficiency of organizational forms and methodological tools of the developed model of social psychological support for educational reform was checked. The model influences practical use of information communication technologies (online recourses) for promoting educational reform; improving interaction between teachers and others with the reform initiators; boosting personal and group recourses of reform implementation; creating a system of mutual support and protection in the process of reforming. Diagnostic tools for assessment of attitudes towards educational reform in the target groups was developed. A study of communicative environment of Internet recourses, social networks, and communicative activity of users was conducted; the annual diagnostic survey covering the experimental schools was conducted. The effects of reflexive procedures that strengthen subjectivity of the participants were found.
