Quantitative and species composition of useful microorganisms in agro-crops of winter wheat and soya for the technology of organic production is investigated. The most widespread diseases, pests and entomophages were revealed. The species composition and number of turtle beetles have been studied. The search for biological preparations effective in protecting winter wheat and soya crops from diseases and pests was conducted. The influence of the organic fertilizer system on the structure of the phytopathogenic and entomological complexes of winter wheat has been investigated. A preliminary evaluation of the collection and selection material of soya on a natural infectious background has been carried out.
