Their main physicochemical characteristics are determined. The effect of stabilizers on the resistance to the deposition of preparations in nanoscale form is researched. Deionized water and electrochemically activated water were used as stabilizers. The ability of the resulting preparations to maintain their properties at various dilutions was investigated. The effect of individual nanopreparations on the activity of amylase complex enzymes was determined.
