But in order to use this opportunity, a broader view is needed on the internal historical, cultural, epistemological and conceptual interconnection of philosophy and science, philosophy and education, education and science, the core of which is, as the study suggests, the answer to the question how it is possible to effectively study reasoning with the help of the questions themselves. The appeal to this ancient idea of philosophy, and as the history of cultures from the east to the west shows - education and pedagogy, shows that the ability (art) to ask questions and give them reasoned answers - a rather rational process for which one can formulate both definitive and strategic rules. The results of the research are of social significance, which is the disclosure of a number of socio-ethical factors (the validity of norms of communicative ethics, the development of applied ethics in organizations and social institutions, business ethics, legal principles of bioethics, defending values of citizenship, openness, tolerance, freedom, responsibility, dialogue, etc.) that would prevent the risks and dangers of manipulating humanitarian technology, human consciousness. Consequently, the results obtained as a result of the research are practical in nature, and can be laid as a kind of expert knowledge in the basis of acceptance and substantiation of rational decisions on the creation of educational and philosophical resources of human development. The results of this study indicate a high level of opportunity and effectiveness in teaching the ability to think with questions. The development of competencies and the ability to rationally put questions should enter into courses and curricula in the form of well-defined definitions and strategic training rules.
