The object of the research is the system of management of the organizational structure and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The goal of the work is to formulate requirements for the information system for decision support in the direction of management of organizational structure and personnel, as well as substantiation of the variant of its creation in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Research methods - system analysis, synthesis, method of modeling of control processes. The analysis of the processes of managing the organizational structure and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been carried out, and key performance indicators have been substantiated for managing organizational structure and personnel. The requirements for the decision support information system are formulated in terms of organizational structure and personnel management. The practical result of the work is the model of information system for decision support by top leading on the direction of management of the organizational structure and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
