This project is devoted to the study of fundamental properties of an original 2D + nD (n = 0, 1 та 3) hybrid material, which fabrication route is compatible with standard microelectronics processes and which offers new prospects for nanoelectronics and spintronics. The aim of this work is the complex investigation of mixed-dimensional nanostructures using a number of complementary methods. The first stage is devoted to the study of fundamental aspects of the formation of nanostructures with mixed dimensions on the basis of multi-wall carbon nanotubes and graphene oxide.
