The object of researches were rape varieties, collection and breeding samples. A "Method for evaluating the resistance of winter rape to low temperature" and "A method for assessing the winter resistance of winter rape" was developed through the influence of the factor on seeds. Optimum temperature regimes and exposures have been established to evaluate cold resistance and heat resistance of winter rape by sprouting pollen in a nutrient medium. Formed collection of heat-resistant varieties for further breeding research.
