The purpose of the work is to optimize treatment of serous ovarian cancer by developing and improving personified approaches. Research methods and equipment: clinical, clinical-laboratory, radiological, morphological, immunohistochemical, ultrasonic, radioisotope, genetic, statistical; Nano Drop 1000 (Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA) and 7500 Real-Time PCR Systems (Applied Bio Systems, USA) spectroscopy. The frequency of hereditary BRCA1 mutations (5382insC, 185delAG, 4153delA, 300T> G, 2080delA) and BRCA2 6174delT among 424 patients with serous ovarian cancer in Ukraine. It was found that most of the mutations in BRCA1 5382insC are recorded in Ukraine - 67%, 300 T> G - 18%, 4153delA - 9%, 185delAG - 4%, 2080delA - 2%. Personified methods for the treatment of patients with serous ovarian cancer based on BRCA status have been developed (HIPEC has been conducted in 12 patients, PCI-17). A set of material was developed for improving the impressions for neoadjuvant chemotherapy and interval cytodenection in patients with serous ovarian cancer by laparoscopic staging (16 surgical interventions).
