It is investigated non-equilibrium distribution functions of hot carriers that ones are forming under microwave electric fields when in time as well as space fields' periods the carriers move ballistically (without collisions). The peculiarity of these cases is essential increment of energy and impulse of the carriers within time and space fields' periods. It is shown that distribution functions have non-trivial time and space dependences.
