This is the second most frequent cancer after lung cancer in the population as a whole (given the male population). Recently, worldwide mortality and mortality rates have been observed worldwide. Annually in the world more than 1 million new cases of breast cancer are registered. The purpose of the work is the determination of suppressor genes whose methylation on extracellular DNA (pcDNA) may be a sign of a malignant process in patients with breast cancer. As a result of the third phase of the project, DNA from samples of breast cancer patients (pcDNA of blood plasma, tumor and tumor adjacent tokanin) was isolated from DNA, and their concentrations were determined and the status of methylation of genes RARB2, ITIH5, DKK3 and GSTP1 was determined in the DNA samples obtained. The gene targeting of RARB2, ITIH5, DKK3 and GSTP1 was 54%, 64%, 72%, 56%, and 48%, 62%, 66%, and 52% respectively of the tumor genomic DNA samples, respectively, for pC DNA in breast cancer patients. The expediency of simultaneous determination of the status of methylation of CpG-islands of investigated genes for increasing sensitivity of the detection system up to 96% is shown.
