It has been established that the number of pentosans during thermal treatment is reduced by 70-80%, while the grain is crushed by 20-30%. A method for neutralizing the negative effects of pentosans of cereal grains in pigs, using the xylanase enzyme was developed. Feeding in the composition of ration of pigs on fattening of the proposed feed supplement, during carrying out of balance experiments promotes increase of coefficients of digestion, basic nutrients, raw protein, bezazoznostiyh extractive substances; crude fat, crude fiber and allows you to increase daily average increments. In the course of economic research, the efficiency of using pigs in raising and fattening the proposed feed supplement has been confirmed. A database of the chemical composition of non-potassium polysaccharides including the content of pentosans in cereal grains depending on the species and variety is supplemented. The content of pentosans in barley grain samples ranges from 3.8% to 7.0%, in rye grains-4.0% -7.1%, in triticale grain-3.1% -6.0%, in grain of wheat from -2.2% -5.8%. It was investigated that when feeding in the composition of the wheat diet with a higher content of pentosans by 1.6% in pigs, average daily increments are reduced by 19.6%.
