The obtained heterocondensed derivatives of pyrones and pyrilium are converted into heterylpyridines by the action of primary amines. The synthetic limits of these reactions have been investigated using a wide range of reagents (aliphatic anhydrides and primary amines), optimal conditions for conducting reactions have been selected, allowing for a wide variety of substitutions. The cyclic condensation of substituted 3-amino-1H-pyrazoles and asymmetric 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds has been studied. It is shown that the reaction direction depends on the steric and electronic effects of the substituents R1 and R2 and is regulated by the acidity of the medium. A regionelectovite method of synthesis of 7- (difluoromethyl) - and 5- (difluoromethyl) pyrazolo [1,5-a] pyrimidines was developed. The structural modification of benzofuro-, benzothieno-indolopyrimidines was carried out.
