In the process of implementing the second stage of the GDR, pedagogical diagnostics was carried out regarding the state of use by the teaching staff of adult education technologies in formal and non-formal education; the technologies of development of linguistic communicative competence of the teacher-researcher in the conditions of formal education, the technology of forming the andragogical competence of the teaching staff, the technology of using the means of museum pedagogy in the conditions of informal education are developed; technology of providing postgraduate education of teachers of higher educational establishments; the technology of creative use of the experience of domestic scientific and pedagogical schools in the conditions of formal education of teachers of higher pedagogical educational institutions.
