Subject of research 142 patients with closed kidney trauma. The aim is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of super-selective embolization of renal vessels in the treatment of patients with closed kidney trauma. Methods of research general-clinical, ultrasound, doppler, radiographic, radiological, statistical. Results and their novelty. On the basis of comparative analysis of the treatment results of patients, high efficacy of conservative and non-invasive treatment in patients with II-IV degree of closed kidney injury was established. It was determined that the technical success of conducting angiography with super-selective embolization is 90.2%.
