Models of energy transitions in Er3 + ions were constructed with laser excitation with a wavelength of 455, 488, 532, 805, 980 nm. The mechanism of relaxation of excited states in Er3 + ions and their radiation during transition to lower energy states on the basis of a diagram of energy levels in the Erbium ions was established.It is shown that photo-induced piezoelectric and nonlinear optical effects are sensitive both to the external radiation pattern and to the influence of impurities from rare earth metals. The analysis of the local positions of the main cations and impurities was carried out and it was found that the obtained photoinduced effects are unique studies by which laser triggers can be constructed, as well as the theory of nonlinear optical susceptibility in the external fields is developed. Using the technique of X-ray diffraction analysis, along with Raman spectroscopy and computer simulation, three-dimensional models of multicomponent chalcogenide structures were obtained. The method of using two-beam coherent irradiation (based on an Er-glass laser with wavelengths of 1540/770 nm) is developed for generating the second and third harmonics in crystals and glasses.
