Object of research and development: systems and means of observation, communication and management of objects of various bases and system and devices of radio frequency monitoring (RFM) and electronic warfare (EW) of Ukraine. The goal is the increasing the efficiency of radio object recognition due to the complexity of recognition results by several different types of algorithms and the results of recognition of radar reconnaissance, communication and management methods of statistical processing and artificial intelligence . Research methods - information analytical review, system analysis, database development methods and software algorithmic support on the basis of modern information technologies. The algorithm of the complex recognition of the aircraft is developed, which implements the procedure for the separate recognition of on-board radar and radio communication and data transmission (SC DT) by the structure and parameters of their radio emissions and subsequent recognition of the class of aircraft (AC) by recognized types of on-board radars and classes of emission of the SC DT. The structure and composition of the simulation-mathematical model for determining the optimal composition of the dictionary of the signs, the order of complexation of recognition algorithms and evaluation of their effectiveness are developed. This model provides an assessment of the efficiency of the recognition of classes (types) of on-board radars and emission classes of on-board systems, as well as the comprehensive recognition of AC classes by parameters of emitted signals using various algorithms by the statistical test method.
