Microelectronic gas semiconductor multisensors of the new generation for the detection of explosive and harmful gases in the air of domestic premises should have certain operational characteristics: high sensitivity and selectivity, thermal stability, high speed (small response times and recovery), stability of electrophysical characteristics and parameters that can be achieved by the use of modern nanostructured catalytic and adsorption active materials, polymer membranes for the formation of gas-sensitive electrodes. In order to optimize the characteristics of sensory structures on combustible gases, a topology of gas-sensitive electrodes (counter-comb and mianders with thin-film catalytically active electrodes and/or different geometric parameters and a differential inclusion scheme) and also the construction of a gas sensor based on nanostructured Si with incorporated transition metal clusters (W, Ni , Pd, Cu) have been developed.
