An aim of work is a study of conformities to law of change of electric descriptions of wares of microelectronics under the action of irradiation rapid electrons and rapid neutrons, development of technology of their radiation treatment. As a result of undertaken studies the threshold doses of radiation influence are certain by rapid electrons and rapid neutrons for the enumerated wares.
