Originality: the research has been conducted in Ukraine for the first time. There is no informa-tion about similar studies elsewhere in the world. Scope of results: instrumentation, medical devices, on-board systems of spacecraft, manual tools with electric drive. Main results: methods of active compensation of negative influence of reactive torque in con-trolled magnetoelectric systems and principles of construction of electromechanical devices with compensated reactive moments are developed, including: - principles of construction and selection of systems parameters to active com-pensation of reactive torque for drives of rotary and reverse-rotational types; - principles of construction and selection parameters of systems of active com-pensation of the negative action of the gyroscopic torque for fast-rotational drives with large values of the kinetic torque of the rotor. The essence of the designed method to create controlled forces and torques, that are directed opposed jet moments that are applied to the body, which established the main drive motors. Implementation efficiency. On the basis of the principles of compensation of reactive torques in established and implemented operating models of devices, which implemented the appropriate types of compensation reactions: gyroscopic reaction torque reaction and response time of alternating a wide frequency range. The application of compensating the reaction of the rotary motion in electric drives of onboard systems of small spacecraft reduced the load and requirements to systems of their spatial orientation. The use of compensation of reactive torque in devices containing the rotary-turn actuator effectively solved the problem of protecting a specialist working with equipment from the harmful effects of vibration throughout the range of controlled instrument operating frequencies. The compensation of the gyroscopic reaction ensured the safety and comfort of working with a manual quick-turning cutting technological and surgical instrument.
