The basic indicators of social and economic development are analyzed; a comprehensive assessment of poverty was carried out, poverty assessment was assessed among different types of households, socio-demographic groups, at the place of residence and at the regional level; the state of implementation of indicators for monitoring the effectiveness of the implementation of the Poverty Reduction Strategy Strategy was analyzed and evaluated. Scientifically grounded proposals for a plan of measures for 2019 on the implementation of the Strategy for Overcoming Poverty have been prepared.
