The vegetative incompatibility of a number of strains of the edible basidium fungus Pleurotus ostreatus was studied. Based on the results of the co-cultivation of strains P. ostreatus P-191 and P-192 on a standard glucose-peptone medium (GPM), it is possible to determine the optimal cultivation period of 10 days, both for obtaining biomass of mycelium, and for further production of enzyme preparations. The medium for the cultivation of the P. ostreatus P-192 strain, a producer of catalase by carbon source, has been optimized. It is recommended to cultivate fungi on modified GPM media, where the carbohydrate component is represented by mannose and raffinose at a concentration of 10 g/l and 9.3 g/l respectively. The effect of laser irradiation of a different spectrum on the catalase activity of the culture filtrate and mycelium of five strains of Flammulina velutipes (Curt.: Fr.) Sing was studied. The strains reacted to laser irradiation, increasing the catalase activity of filtrate and mycelium. At the initial stage of development of the method of bioindication of the state of the environment, it was determined that the strain Laetiporus sulphureus Ls-08 has a certain sensitivity to the components of the modified medium, and the change in its biosynthetic parameters (decrease in biomass accumulation and increase in the synthesis of carotenoids) corresponded to the most anthropogenically loaded experimental sites. The species composition of the macromycetes of the recreational zones of Vinnitsa was studied and analyzed. Enzyme preparations of high-productive basidiomycete strains were obtained and analyzed. During the cultivation of basidial cultures of Il I. lacteus, F-vv F. velutipes and P-191 P. ostreatus, there is a loss of protein in the preparation of the enzyme preparation (in the culture of Il Irpex lacteus - 52%, in T-K1 Trametes ochracea - 39, 8 %, in F-vv Flammulina velutipes - 34.4%, and in the culture of P-191 Pleurotus ostreatus - 15.6%). High rates of losses indicate the need to develop the technology of production and purification of enzyme preparations for these fungi.
