The purpose of the study is to increase the efficiency of complex treatment of patients with tumors of the digestive tract by individualizing on the basis of determining the features of molecular-biological indicators of the malignant process. Theoretical and practical results: specific features of molecular biological indicators of the malignant process were determined, the algorithm of an individualized choice of treatment scheme in radical and non-radically treated patients with oncopathology of the digestive tract was developed and substantiated. Novelty: for the first time, the technology of individualization of complex treatment of patients with tumors of the digestive tract was developed, which allowed to improve general and non-recurrent survival, evaluated the informative nature of biomarkers of different nature for prediction or prediction of the development of relapses and prolongation of the disease in cancer cases.
