Objective: to reduce the risk of postoperative complications in patients with multi-organ operations, by individualizing the tactics of intensive care. Research methods and equipment: clinical-instrumental, biochemical, clinical, statistical; Hyaco cardiac monitor, ultrasound diagnostic apparatus, electrocardiography apparatus. Theoretical and practical results: the evaluation of the informative value of brain ischemia, cardiohemodynamics and nutritional status in cancer patients after multiorgan operations was given. New data were obtained on the use of hemofiltration in the complex of intensive care and its effect on the severity of the condition, which decreased by 1.2 times. Novelty: is the development of a hemofiltration technique and treatment with dobutamine and nitroglycerin, which reduced the risk of the onset and development of cerebral and cardiohemodynamic disorders in the preoperative and postoperative periods by 65%. Effectiveness of implementation: the proposed method of hemofiltration allowed to reduce the number of postoperative septic complications in the main group by 1.4 times and led to a reduction in the risk of development of the SPOD by 33.8% in the main group relative to the comparison group.
