The aim of study: to increase the efficiency of complex treatment of patients with secondary-edematous breast cancer by personalizing it on the basis of determining the role of inflammatory and edema components. Research methods and equipment: clinical and instrumental, biochemical, electron microscopic, morphological, immunohistochemical, statistical. Equipment - semi-automatic immunoassay analyzer Immunochem-2100, hematologic auto. Sysmex analyzer SF-3000. Theoretical and practical results: it has been determined that in the majority of patients with SEBC there is an increased level of expression of IL-6, VEGF and KI-67, and the connection between these factors is established, indicating the high aggressiveness of the tumor process, which is accompanied by inflammation. It was determined that among patients with SEBC the patients with a body mass index were over 30 prevailed. Novelty: a method for assessing the severity of perifocal edema in patients with SEBC in the dynamics of neoadjuvant treatment was developed. Implementation efficiency - abandoned duration of treatment of patients in the hospital on average for 5 bed-days, which saved 2575 UAH in the treatment of each patient in this group.
