Theoretical and practical results: first of all was established dependence of the expression of the molecular and biological markers of patients with advance case of AC and relapse on the histological form of tumor. In patients with adenocarcinoma, the value of a positive and negative VEGF was observed in equal properties, on the background of the high-level Bcl-2 - 100%, a negative expression of mt p53 in 100% due, moderate proliferative activity Ki 67 - 50% and positive status of ER and PR (58,3 and 66,7%). Novelty: it has been proven that in patients with advanced endometrial cancer and disease recurrence, the expression level of molecular biological markers and ER receptors and PR depends on the histological formation of the tumor. The effective of implementation: оptimization of postoperative therapy with the high risk of relapse development and metastases endometrial cancer allowed 10% decrease in the number of cases of succession to the start of the first two years ago.
