Ushynskyy" popup.description2 The object of the study is the professional training of future teachers of elementary school as a component of the theory and practice of teaching students in higher educational institutions The purpose of the research is to provide theoretical and methodological substantiation and experimental study of the conditions and organizational and pedagogical factors that ensure the effectiveness of the training of specialists in higher education in professional activities, taking into account the peculiarities of the development of modern science, production and educational practice; developing on this basis pedagogical technologies for the training of future teachers and other specialists in higher education. Methods of research: theoretical: analysis of scientific sources, official and normative documents, philosophical, psychological, pedagogical literature, programs and educational-methodical documentation; methods of conceptual-comparative analysis, synthesis, abstraction, generalization, designing, modeling, forecasting; empirical: surveys, questionnaires, conversations, testing. observation, generalization and systematization of pedagogical experience of teachers, diagnostics. The scientific and scientific-pedagogical results are obtained. The model of formation of interdisciplinary competence of future teachers of elementary school in the process of professional training is developed and scientifically substantiated; pedagogical conditions of formation of interdisciplinary competence of future teachers of elementary school in the process of professional preparation (phased introduction of the model of formation of interdisciplinary competence of future teachers of elementary school in the process of professional training; design of educational process in higher educational institutions on psychological and pedagogical disciplines in the application of interdisciplinary relationships; development and active use of didactic-methodological support for the implementation of interdisciplinary connections in primary school); the essence of the concept of "readiness for the implementation of interpersonal relations" is improved; criteria (motivational, system-operational, reflexive), indicators (steady interest in learning, mastery of teaching methods and technologies, awareness of the need for interconnections between educational subjects of different cycles in the initial link of education, possession of the knowledge system of individual teaching methods, the ability to operate the knowledge system from individual teaching methods in practice with the use of interactive teaching methods; the presence of a creative approach to future professional activities; the ability to self-examine their own professional activity) and levels (high, sufficient, average, satisfactory, low), the formation of interpersonal competence of future primary school teachers in the process of professional training; the method of formation of interdisciplinary competence of future teachers of elementary school in the process of professional preparation has been further developed. Practical value of the results is the testing of diagnostic techniques aimed at identifying the level of formation of interpersonal competence of future teachers of elementary school in the process of professional training; the introduction of a methodology for the formation of interdisciplinary competence of future teachers of elementary school in the process of professional training in the educational institutions of higher education institutions; to involve students of the specialty "Primary education" to participate in the work of the "First teacher" circle.
