D. Ushynskyy" popup.description2 The object of the study is the professional training of future preschool teachers in an institution of higher education. The aim of the study is to develop and scientifically substantiate monitoring as a means of improving the quality of professional training of future preschool teachers. The methods of the study: analysis and generalization of pedagogical, psychological and methodical literature; theoretical and mathematical modeling; testing, observation, introspection, self-assessment, reflection; pedagogical experiment (the prospecting and search, stating and forming stages), quantitative and qualitative analysis of empirical data by the methods of the correlation and cluster analysis. According to the results of research work: the concept of monitoring of future preschool teachers' training quality in their professional activity has been developed; the regularities of individual development of a personality, providing his/her activity in mastering professional and pedagogical activity, have been defined; the factors, determining the formation and development of a certain quality of future preschool teacher's professional activity in the process of his/her training in the institution of higher education, has been characterized; the androgogic model of future teachers' training for professional activity and the concept of its monitoring has been developed; the content, structure and methods of monitoring, which determines the quality of future preschool teachers' training for professional activities in the educational process of the institution of higher education have been substantiated; the educational and methodological support for managing the quality of future preschool teachers' training for professional activity, has been created using the androgogic model; the tendencies of the formation of the qualitative characteristics of the preparedness of future preschool teachers to professional activity, which are formed in the context of the androgogical model of organization of the educational process in the institution of higher education, have been determined. The results of the research work have been introduced into the practice of the educational process of the institution of higher education on the training of specialists in the specialty 012 - Preschool education, in the conditions of full-time and part-time education; in the content of curricula and methodological support in the disciplines of the teaching cycle and special courses, theses, term papers and master's theses.
