The object of the study is the morpho-functional condition of the skin in rats after burn and wounds and the restoration of their characteristics after application of the proposed dermatotropic preparations based on nanoparticles of melanin, cerium dioxide and nanocomposite with fenugreek. The purpose of the work is to conduct a study of the effectiveness of dermatotropic drugs based on nanoparticles. The following methods were used to perform the work: pathophysiological, physiological, morphological, biochemical, microbiological, and molecular. Experimental pathologies of joints (monoiodacetate-induced arthrosis and collagen-induced arthritis) caused significant histological changes of the knee joints and the violations in the intensity of free radical processes, antioxidant system, markers of cartilage tissue metabolism, and genes expression of the cartilage tissue in rats.
