The authors analyze the content and types of social tension in the organization (at the organizational and staff-and-organization interaction levels). On the basis of empirical research, the authors reveal the role of organizational culture in preventing and overcoming social tension in the organization as well as present successfully tested special educational staff psychological training technologies for organizational culture development in conditions of social tension, which include six training programs. Special attention in the work has been given to the training sessions, modules and interactive techniques used in the training programs.
