Object of research: medical and social examination and rehabilitation of patients and invalids due to combined craniocerebral traumas (CCM). Subject of research: limitation of vital activity due to craniocerebral trauma. The purpose is to develop standards for conducting expert-rehabilitation diagnostics for combined craniocerebral traumas, including those obtained during participation in ATO / OS, their consequences, and to develop expert-rehabilitation programs based on diagnostic criteria and ball scales of functional status of patients. Scientific work is carried out using modern methods of research: social, clinical-functional, statistical. A complex clinical-functional, clinical-patopsychological and electrophysiological examination of 293 patients as a result of craniocerebral trauma was conducted. The scientific novelty of the work is to conduct a multifactorial epidemiological study of the disability characteristics due to CHM in the regions of Ukraine and disability categories for 2007-2017 and to determine the main geographical, social, medical factors influencing the expert epidemiological situation with substantiation of certain criteria of disability in accordance with the existing normative documents and the International Classification of Functioning, Limitations of Life and Health in the corresponding the category of patients on the basis of complex clinical-functional study of the disabled due to craniocerebral trauma
