The object of the study is the mechanisms of the influence of external physical factors on the equilibrium and kinetic properties of a soft substance, namely in liquid systems, in medical and biological systems, in polymer systems with nanodimens. The purpose of the work is to find out the mechanisms of the influence of external factors on the structure, the equilibrium and kinetic properties of the soft substance. Methods of research - acoustic, optical, piezometric, dielectric, calorimetric, viscometric, computer modeling, theoretical and analytical. It is determined that the structural and thermophysical characteristics of the system of solid spheroids are determined not by the free but by the available volume.
