The object of investigation - the physico-chemical and biological properties of complex compounds of Re(III) and Re(I). The purpose of the work - to obtain a complex of experimental data about the interaction of complex compounds Re(III) and Re(I) with the components parts of biomolecules. Research methods - experimental studies with preparative chemistry and physico-chemical analysis using X-ray analysis, mass spectrometry, electronic, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and infra-red (IR) spectroscopy. Experimental data were obtained: the effect of structure of the dirhenium(III) coordination compounds on the interaction with hemostasis proteins on the albumin example;binding of rhenium cluster compounds with purine and pyrimidine bases;the interaction of Re(III) compounds with the components of the nanoparticles matrix on the example of solid lipids;photophysical properties of Re(I) complex compounds with N-heterocyclic ligands.Was established: the length and branching of alkylhalocarboxylates dirhenium(III) affect the formation of system of protein-rhenium(III) compound; binding sites - N1/N6 for adenine, N7/O6 for guanine; the coordination of fatty acids up to the cluster fragment Re26 +; the investigated compounds exhibit luminescent properties with high quantum yields and Stokes shift. A new technical solution was developed, to which 1 application for the protection document of Ukraine for the invention was submitted. Fields of application: C 20.59 manufacture of other chemical products; C 21.20 production of pharmaceuticals and materials; P 85.42 higher education; Q 86.90 other activities in health protection.
