Methods of research - experimental research with the use of thermogravimetry, infrared, atomic absorption spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, screening method for measuring cell activity. The interaction of cluster rhenium(III) compounds with zirconium hydrophosphate has been studied, methods of obtaining inorganic and organic phosphates nanosystems containing complex compounds of transitional elements with antitumor activity have been developed. The physicochemical properties of the obtained nanoparticles, which indicate the successful intercalation of cluster rhenium (III) compounds to nanosystems, were determined. It has been shown that the nature of release from nanosystems made targeted delivery of cluster rhenium(III) compounds possible.
