The mobile application and software module are developed for assessment risk factors of human health within the framework of multifunctional service platform. The reception and transmission of packets between the mobile application and information platform module were programmatically implemented using the cloud technologies. The technical requirements for the information module and the primary indicators were determined for assessment of human health risk factors. Using the mobile application of the information module will allow a person to assess the degree of danger, predict the consequences and take the necessary preventive measures to maintain their health.
