According to its characteristics, the complex is not inferior to the best world analogues, and according to the provided service it exceeds them and is the best in terms of the price / quality ratio. The complex will be implemented in the scientific installation of the submicron spectroscopy laboratory of the Institute of Semiconductor Physics named after V.Є. Lashkarev of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
