An enterosorbent and carbon nanoparticles were synthesized, and a preliminary study of their properties was performed. It has been proved that carbon nanoparticles possess adsorption activity and a high association rate with respect to the albumin molecule (K ass 3,3 x 107 M-1), and they are capable of causing conformational changes in the protein globule during interaction. It has been shown that the application of adsorptive carbon bandage in rats causes the reduction of the epithelialization period of skin damage after ultraviolet irradiation (1.7-fold) and burn injury of ІІ-ІІІА degree obtained on a background of general irradiation at a dose of 8 Gy (1.4-fold).
