Such situations require timely identification and risk management. The subject of research - methods of modeling system dynamics; models and methods of determining the system of informative features on the basis of information, geometric, spectral analysis of integral characteristics of the performance and development of complex systems; models that determine the behavior of systems based on their internal structure, identification methods for such models. The aim of research - development of adequate mathematical models of dynamics of different systems of nature, developing effective methods for classifying problem situations on the basis of various types of analysis of current states and data observation systems, increasing the robustness of the results of identifying problem situations of complex systems. The research method - modeling the dynamics, structure, behavior of complex systems, identification of models based on observation data, estimation of model adequacy. The descriptive stochastic dynamical models developed in the course of investigation enables describing the behavior of multicomponent systems. Methods of structural-parametric identification of models on the basis of observation data were developed. Approaches to modeling logical time of cyber-physics systems were suggested. They target at support of synchronization processes, which allows one to increase safety and avoid critical states of the systems. The system-dynamical model that reflects the mechanisms of control and detection of shadow income, as well as the impact of fines on the behavior of taxpayers, was developed. The analysis of the lognormal law of distribution of the population's income and the power function of taxation was performed; the dependence of the Gini coefficient on the distribution parameters was obtained in mathematical form at the first time. The software enabling to carry out numerical experiments with the author's multiagent model of behavior of economic agents in the context of tax competition was developed. The important principles of the simulation of random surfaces were improved; distributions of flashing points were found. For objects moving along a random curve, formulas for the density of curvature outlets of the random curve are found. New results on pencils of semi-infinite matrices that can be used for numerical solving of the problems of the theory of elasticity were obtained.
