Object of the study: electrophysical processes of propagation of electromagnetic waves in ferroelectric-magnetic dielectrics. Purpose: the development of scientifically based methods of selecting parameters, synthesizing and using new active dielectric media and systems that can have nonlinear dielectric and magnetic permeabilities. Research methods: a finite integration method, a method of well-matched absorbing boundary layers. Novelty: the experimental stand on the study of the electrophysical properties of nanostructured ferroelectrics using pulsed electric fields was proposed and practically realized. For the first time, it was proposed to use nonlinear properties of the surface-mounted capacitor dielectric with a temperature coefficient of capacitance of type X7R in the undocumented mode of operation.
