Along with other rapidly expanding factors in the subintegral expression, the focus was on Bessel functions of the first kind, which are fast-oscillating at large values of their parameters, and because of the complexity of the problem of computing the Bessel transformations, the results in this scientific field are not sufficiently varied, numerous, and complete. Integrals from rapidly-oscillating functions are widely used in the practice of mathematical modeling, in solving many modern engineering problems and numerical integration, which determines the relevance of this topic. In particular, there is a number of problems of mathematical physics, astronomy, elasticity theory, potential theory, the propagation of electromagnetic waves, thermal conductivity, applied statistics, etc., for solving which it is necessary to have effective algorithms for calculating the Bessel transform for accuracy and (or) speed. In the first stage of the work, the Bessel transform optimization problem was formulated, a general scheme for solving the problem of calculating the Bessel transform with given quality characteristics was developed, the properties of Bessel functions were investigated, and other fundamental concepts of computation theory were stated that will be directly used in the second stage of work for the construction of optimal in accuracy and close to them quadrature formulas for calculating the transformation of Bessel.
