The goal of the research is creating an information technology for the identification of hidden dependencies in online social networks based on fuzzy logic and computation linguistics the principles. Research methods are system approach, mathematical modeling, fuzzy sets theory, theory of identification, computational linguistics. The formalization of lexical and semantic features of the messages and informative description of clusters are carried. It is established that taking into account the syntactic features of the text allows to significantly improve the quality of the description of messages in the social network. In particular, three additional syntactic features allow to reduce the number of errors of identifying toxic comments by 6%. The method for selecting message keywords with low verbal noise is proposed. The method of clustering of subject areas of information of a social network based on technologies of computer linguistics is developed. 2 new clustering variants were implemented: the first variant is based on the mapping from the description of the keywords in the vocabulary-free style, to the description of the keywords from some pre-formed basic vocabulary; the second variant is based on the extraction the lexical ontologies from the text, taking into account the analysis of associative relationships between words. The method of formalizing the collective behavior of actors on the basis of logic-algorithmic description and swarm intelligence is developed. A feature of the method is that the description of functioning in a social network is carried out by Glushkov’s algorithm algebra. Parameters of algorithmic structures are tuned by the results of collective interaction, which is formalized by methods of swarm intelligence. The results of the project are used in lecture courses at Faculty of Computer Systems and Automation of Vinnytsia National Technical University.
