Object of research - biochemical mechanisms of adaptation of living organisms at different pathological conditions. The purpose of the work is to establish and investigate biochemical mechanisms of adaptation of living organisms for the development of various diseases. Methods of research - biochemical, physiological, statistical. The characteristic of the present state of research of the formation of protective systems in living organisms under the influence of adverse factors, in particular, various pathological conditions, is given. The principles and approaches to the study of molecular processes of formation of biochemical mechanisms of protection and restoration of homeostasis for the development of diseases are determined. The criteria for studying the occurrence of biochemical adaptations in pathological conditions have been developed. The scientific novelty is the application of the physiological and biochemical approach in the study of the processes of counteracting damaging agents on biological organisms. Research results can be used in fundamental biochemistry and physiology when creating protocols for the treatment of diseases. The results of the GDR are proposed for use by public and private laboratories, scientific institutions, enterprises of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Department of Health of Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration.
