The object of research is processes and phenomena in control systems, communication and electrical engineering. The purpose of the work is the creation of a scientific and methodological base, software and hardware control systems for aircraft, communication systems and electrical engineering. Method of research is mathematical modeling, methods of mathematical statistics, simulation modeling, numerical simulation, system engineering and circuit design. The method of determination of the guaranteed degree of stability of perturbed rocket motion, scientific and methodological support for evaluating the speed pulse for the removal of bundle of the garbage collector - the target object from the orbit, the algorithm of control of the electromagnetic system of stabilization of the spacecraft, the horizon sensor and the algorithm of the orientation of the spacecraft in Nadir, method the choice of an independent variable to reduce the settlement operations aboard the aircraft, the methodology for calculating the energy balance of space communication systems. The method of generating test zones of multiconflicts of orbital objects is developed. Simplified simulation model of the satellite network with different orbital groups for the analysis of data routing processes and changes in the load of nodes has been developed. The mathematical models of power three-phase transformers, which can be used for the analysis of processes in power networks, are developed. The results of the work can be applied in the design work of the rocket and space industry enterprises, the communications industry and the electric power industry.
