In a range 600 - 700 С was got polikristallicheskiy silicon on silicic podlozhke. Can be drawn on this result for the production of polikristallicheskogo silicon. In wide temperature limits (250-500 С) on the concentration of hydrogen gidrogenizirovannyy silicon is got which can be utillized in the trans-formers of sun energy and electronic technique.
