The goal is to substantiate measures for the formation of risk groups with precancerous changes in the gastric mucosa on the basis of a comprehensive study of the influence of damaging factors and the development of a therapeutic algorithm. As a result of the study, factors that initiate perestroika changes in the gastric mucosa of precancerous directivity were identified: acute and chronic stress, anxiety and depression, eating excessive amounts of fried, smoked and pickled foods, patient's age, blood group II, oncological inheritance, the presence of duodenogastric reflux. The negative effect of increased concentrations of nitrates, nitrites and total nitric oxide in the blood and gastric contents on the macro- and microstructure of the gastric mucosa has been proven. Diagnostic criteria for the risk of dysplasia in the examined patients were determined with the calculation of their prognostic probability.
